Gail Richardson

With over a decade of experience at Ray White Parkes, Gail Richardson is the friendly face behind the much-loved Elvis Home Hosting program. As Manager of this initiative, Gail works closely with local homeowners and festival visitors to create memorable accommodation experiences each January during the iconic Parkes Elvis Festival. From matching guests with welcoming hosts to preparing fully furnished homes ready for guests’ arrival, Gail ensures every detail is handled with care and genuine country hospitality.

In addition to coordinating Home Hosting, Gail is an experienced Property Manager. She supports landlords and tenants with professionalism, warmth and a strong knowledge of residential property management. She holds her Certificate II in Real Estate and takes pride in providing reliable support to clients across all aspects of their property journey.

Outside of work, Gail is known for her love of all things Elvis, her keen eye for antiques and her passion for great coffee. A qualified dog trainer and behaviourist, she enjoys spending time with her canine companions, browsing local farmers markets and connecting with the Parkes community she’s proud to call home.
