Madeline Swan

Based in our Forbes office Madeline is skilled in Property Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Administration, Social Media, and Creative Services. 

After leaving school in 2017 Madeline wanted to persue a career in social media and digital marketing. With the help of Tracie Robertson she realised that she would not have to move away from the Central West to persue such ambitions and Ray White has sponsored her continuing studies through Charles Sturt University in recognition that exceptional marketing services is of paramount importance to our sellers. Madeline has since completed her Certificate of Registration, Cert 4 in Property Services and Graduate Certificate in Applied Digital Marketing.

Madeline is creative and motivated with a great eye for detail, this means that she is able to facilitate the whole marketing process, tailoring the campaign to find your buyer through high quality photography, adcopy and artwork. Madeline oversees both the rural and residential property sales process in a suporting role to our local and regional sales team. 

Madeline was recognised nationally as Ray White Rural's Sales Assistant of the year for July 2018-June 2019, her first year!
